What a great day of nourishment for you! Good job!
Don't forget to ask...
Viktoria,
It moves me to read your message and the challenges you have had with the depression.
I have only had one personal experience with the depression, but it was short lived.
Just keep focusing on the "wonderfulness", "being in gratitude" and your whole beingness will have to follow...every cell of your being will notice...it can't do anything but.
Check in with yourself to see what you need every moment of everyday and don't forget to ask for what you need.
Just wanted you to know that I am out here if there is anything I can do for you let me know.
My very best healing energy to you, Dr Debbie
Say what about that sunset???
There could not possibly be any excuse under the sun to miss a sunset that lasts from 4 to 5 hours.
Even I could find time to squeeze in a few minutes.
Actually I don't get to watch the sunset much anymore. There is a big stand of trees that blocks my view.
I've thought about cutting the trees down, but somehow I don't think the tree owners would be too happy with me.
It is not unusual for Depression to flare up when things are so much better.
Remember though, it is a chemical imbalance and it is not your fault. You have not done anything wrong and you didn't cause it.
If it continues, it might be time to check with your doctor, there are so many medications now that are tailor made for certain parts of the brain.
It is far easier to treat Depression early than it after it has lingered for awhile.
I have been dealing with Depression since 1996, and I know that unless there is a cure for chemical imbalances in the brain, I will be taking medication to treat my Depression for the rest of my life.
Not a particularly happy thought, but so much better than the alternative of full blown Depression again.
I am here should you ever need any one to talk to.
