a neverending journey

Well, this is it!

I am on day ninety and have a success story to tell.

My depression is mostly gone. I also have a good idea of where I want to go from this place in time, in terms of work, family and self improvement. My life will never be the same!

I still take medication. I still work only part time. But the medicine I need is now cut in half, and the work I do gets done ever better.

Now to the weird thing: I willl do this course all over again.

No, I haven't missed much. I have done most exercises as well as I knew how. And they have helped me to wonderful new insights

The thing is; I am a fast learner but I am also quick to move on to the next  thing I see at the horizon.  This time I don't want to do that.

I really love my life, and I want to make sure I can hold on to this feeling. Tools has made me aware of my fortunes, and I want to keep this awareness.

I will hold on to my checklists, now broken down to post-its around the house, car, work desk, bath room.

But as I like to watch favourite films over and over again, I like the chance to rediscover this course all over again.
