Hi Wilddaisy - I had this problem as, and with other things such as posting answers, asking questions etc. I ended up switching the program I use to access the web to Google Chrome instead of the usual Internet Explorer and it works fine. Google Chrome is free to download - you just need to do a search to find it. Hope this helps!

When you're in your toolbox there's this link that says Take a Tututorial I think that will help you figure things out...if not maybe email the tools to life people on the contact us link at the bottom of the screen
