You're a Winner!
I'm the "before", and you're the "after!" It sounds like both places are exciting. I'm anxious (in a good way!) to start working on my first GOAL! You keep in touch & don't forget about us new members stumbling around!

"Befores" are Wonderful!
Stumbling around? No way. I am so impressed with all the new members and how active you are with blogs and support groups and doing your exercises. It's really neat and inspires me. Good to hear from you. I noticed for myself as I began Tools that stuff would come up, difficulties, and...
it's a challenge, and exciting, and scary, to sit a minute and go through what I've learned, think how to apply it to this new situation, FEEL the fear I'm going through, and then...take action. Different than maybe using the Avoidance Tool I might have mastered before! So....decluttering, talking with landlords, wishing you positive thinking, self-love, peace in knowing you have you no matter what happens, and positive action.
