No Name Went to Vet

Our furry grey hero was last seen thrashing around in his cat carrier, having endured being weighed, poked, squeezed, fed medicine, given a shot then carried to the back for a thorough ear rinsing. Jimmeess!

They all fell in love with him there. The vet said he tried to get No Name a home but everyone at a vet office already has a house full..."Come back for his Booster and we'll try again because everyone thinks he's adorable." Nice Vet. Good looking. (married, so don't even think it...). He said the kitten looks amazingly healthy given his ordeal. But he  has mites, fleas, and worms. Ugh! All kitten problems, especially outside. So we got him treated. $97.02 for this No Name I can't/shouldn't keep.

The landlady phoned to say the absentee manager saw cat food bowls around outside last week. "What are we, a FARM?" she said. No one likes her because she's all about rules and mean. Now No Name will have to be invisible or he and I will both be living out in the woods. Happily he still doesn't have his voice back. He's perfect with his litter box so there's nothing for the mean lady to worry about.

I need to move. I have needed to move for months.  Maybe I will find a better home for both me and our fearless hero.

Right now No Name is sleeping on top of my roll-top desk. His little mind is no doubt spinning with visions of dogs, children, vet techs and ear washing equipment. He purred and purred when he realized he was "home."  The adult cats are better today. No hissing; just hostile stares.

name suggestions

Last evening as I was preparing for bed the name Tinker Bell came to mind then I realized the gray one was a male. Tinker Toy??? Opus or Trouble or Smokey might work...good luck finding a name and a new place to live...places that let you have animals usually have better land lords/ladies.

By the way, I feel like this is your cat...he found you now go find a better home for you both.

You are obviously smitten with this kitten and I hope you are able to keep him.  Let us know how this turns out!  I am a cat lover too!
