Food Donations

 The postal service collected food for community food shelves, today. I remembered! I got two grocery bags of stuff out there for Bill, my mailman. Feels great. Rode Bike Blue

 Bike Ride, pretty good pace. Not far. Still, got it done. I fell several months ago and hurt my back. The MD said because I was too tense when I fell! I've fallen many times on that bike and never hurt myself, before. So to be riding again is good.  But stretch first! »
