Too Many Cookbooks

 I have 28 cookbooks. I have juice books, vegetarian, low fat, quick, classic, betty crocker and some with beautiful photographs, and some from New Orleans.  I would rather have like...two basic, excellent, reliable cookbooks..plus my New Orleans ones.
