Cleaning?

So I've noticed over the past two days I've been much cleaner than I usually am. I clean my sink, keep my desk organized and do the dishes in a drop of a hat. I'm pretty amazed really and I like being clean! I like being able to see the floor!!!

I don't know about anyone else, but it's pretty cool.

Clean is good!

I absolutely have to have things cleaned up to be happy in my environment. Sadly, the rest of my family doesn't see it that way, so it's a constant struggle.

Cleaning

I loved your comment "I like being able to see the floor!!!"   :)

I can relate and look forward being able to post the same comment down the road!  (Will admit to making SOME progress, just not quite there yet!)

JUST DO IT

Haha!!!

Ya what definitely helps me keep clean is to just think, "wow look there's some forks I used. they need to be washed." Then and there I just do it before I can come up with justification to not do it.

I Just do it!! lol

A TAIL END!

Hi YoYo,

I know.... nothing left unsaid.  More, if needs details.  Anyway, just to add.  One of my friends used to come occasionally and help me prepare some "specialty meal" from her library of rich recipes.  Those are the times I always look forward to - being liberated from the kitchen.  She's in-charge so I just watch closely behind!  I always notice it, everything in the kitchen (sink, included) was mighty clear after battle.  Magic!  As if nothing happened.  She did everything in an orderly fashion.  It's her rule of the thumb.  After preparing the ingredients, she put all the peel/wrappers/etc. straight to the garbage bin.  While it;s cooking, don't sit back to pass the time (TV, reading, phone, etc.).  Use the time washing up.  And by the time you set up the table for the meal.  The whole kitchen is tidied and look spic n span.  You would just have to worry about the dishes afte the meal.  Simple but it really makes life in the kitchen easier to tackle.  Tried it and loved it.  Makes you more inspired to collect and finish up the used dishes... ready for the next meal.  It's really a breeze!

Next time, Bon Appetit!

Cheers,

Autumn Mist

(By the way, I, too, is still in the learning stage).
