I am home schooling children with special needs. Current project: How do tadpoles become frogs? (We're beginning to see legs popping - maybe tadpoles aren't fish?) While I find this very satisfying, I am looking for some way to increase my income. Health issues are also a drain on my finances as I am dealing with them in the most natural way that I can. Living from pay check to pay check limits my ability to prepare for my future financially.

I have 2 dogs that from a core part of my life. I am learning to become a great dog trainer in the process.

I immegrated to Canada and are now a citizen. I see myself as having my roots in another country, while my branches grow here. Before I moved to Canada, I was a Drama teacher at an art school. I also taught Accounting and free lanced miming and acting for an entertainment company. Volunteering is important to me, as are Arts, children and animals. My escape is reading - anything!

I started getting sick about 15 years ago and things have been getting worse over time. Last year I was faced with the possibility that I may not be able to keep a job because of this illness. I was fortunate enough to find a position that allowed flexibility and allowed me to continue to work.

Currently I am feeling better and am looking to conquer this challenge.
