Day 53

Interesting topic today and one I can totally relate to.

After years of going up and down and then back up and up and up....through a very stressful corporate lifestyle.

I new things had to change for me. I started taking nutritional products (and sacked the boss), but still carried on with my "weekly" fix of fast food. Secret - I have'nt stopped but my serving size has come down naturally.

Best of all.........I lost the weight over several years which has suited me. I started off at a peak of 125kg's now I'm 92kg's. I feel younger, more alert and my relatives have also noticed.

Right now I'm toning up with cardio and weights at my local gym not far now to hit my ideal BMI.

The gym has been a recent addition, but now that I am a member I can't understand why I did'nt give the gym a go years ago.

I'm loving it!!!
