There is hope
I have been on this site for along time even though things will
be dark for a time listen to your heart and make goals. goals

Day 4 - I'm much nicer to be around
Slow progress with the diet/exercise goals, but I am so amazed at how tolerant I am lately... people are no longer breathing incorrectly (was very grumpy at times)not that the people in my life are annoying (LOL).. what i mean is i feel lighter inside! And I can share that with those around me. Looking forward to day 5

I'm only on day 2, but this feels extremely helpful. I have also been through a great deal of pretty successful therapy, and know the work it takes to find the right person/modality that works for you. I'm glad you're feeling better and hope it continues and that things are more tolerable when you start to feel down.
