Im going to start in baby steps tommorow with starting to eat in portions and exercise more regularly. I lost 30lbs when i was 18yrs old and now im 25 and want to lose 50lbs because i gained it back + So Im going to set a goal for 30 days to lose 5 lbs. I figure to start out smaller than bringing it on full force and having a fall out. I want my confidence and health back and I want to make changes. If anyone has any tips to keep me going i am open to suggestions.

Take it in small - and wholistic - steps

As we know, most people who diet alone gain their weight back...if you really want to keep your weight at a health level (and make sure you aren't overestimating how much extra weight you are carrying) then a whole lifestyle change - with regular, moderate exercise and with healthier eating choices, is the only way to ensure the pounds stay where they need to be - away.

Jan.3 Its always great to have a new year and a new start. To make my year what i have dreamed of it becoming. Lose weight, confident, find a job, save money etc.
