Hi a dear friend and mentor told me about here...so I joined not sure what to expect...i sure did not expect this!  I am a mom and a grandmother a friend and as i so love to say..i am just me.  I dont see that as a negative, but living it sure can be difficult.  I want to be able to be an asset to my chosen business, but feel and maybe others feel the same way, inadequate many times.  I have never trained to be admin..or a director and i fear screwing up...a lot.  But, I will do my best..know I will make mistakes...just hope they are not huge.  Why am I here?  because my friend cared enough to show me this path....I will follow...sure can be scarey though but maybe necessary.
