2 Mistakes made a GREAT opportunity today!

I broke off the center of my flowers by mistake so I put them in a small glass in the foyer to enjoy.

Then, can you believe that I made yet another mistake?  I tried to make our favorite Oatmeal Raisin Chocolate chip Cookies and melted the butter without really thinking about what I was doing.  Uggg  You can't make cookies with melted butter. 

So I thought, "Hmmmm, I'll try to make these into muffins. "  I used our favorite ingredients plus a couple other ingredients.

As it turns out, the muffins were amazing! My husband said, "Write that down.  Don't forget how you did that one."

I wrote out the recipe, took a picture using the flowers I had broken off , and sent the recipe out in an email to my friends and family.

I'm feeling really great about my mistakes, actually.  What an opportunity to create some beautiful wonderful things today.
