There really is Hope

Lately, I've been having a lot of conversations with friends or people that I meet while running errands or sitting in a waiting room about feeling hopeless for different reasons.  Some financial crises, others relationships, and some with their health.

They share a brief story about what they have been experiencing and I fully understand their anxieties.  I've experienced them too.  I believe that we all have.

I find myself encouraging them with this one message and I hope that it will encourage you or someone you love too.

Dont Let life just happen anymore...MAKE it happen.

I share briefly my story of how hopeless I felt a few years ago and felt that life was moving on without me.  Then when I realized that I didn't have to give into that belief, that I could get back into life by making a few changes in my thinking and my negative habits, I began to feel more peace and joy!

It really can happen.  Realize the changes you want, believe that the change is coming one step at a time as you begin to make different choices.
