No more nightmares of abuse

It feels great to finally have a voice to tell the person who violated me years ago that he had no power over me.  To put the abuse to words and give it a voice was painful but a freeing experience.

I woke up the next morning lighter and free.

It's just been a few days but I expect that I won't have nightmares about it anymore.

Oh to moving on

The power remains in how we choose to remember and it sounds like you have decided what you will choose!

Have a great day! Angie
