I have been through severe changes in my life in the past few years.  A car accident changed what I knew to be normal.  I have learned more about myself through all of the difficult changes and I am better for it.  My husband and I are stronger and have pulled through so many very hard challenges. 

     For every positive there is a negative.  And no matter how small my positives may seem, I choose to focus on them and give them my energy.  It's more rewarding that way. 

     I have graduated TTL and I can absolutely shout out to the world that I am getting excited about my life now!  The negatives are still there and they will always be.  However, the energy and the control I have given to the positive things in my life have empowered me. And the way I've learned to respond to the negative things by being proactive, has empowered me even more.  I know that no matter what, I have the power to keep the changes coming.  I have the power to see my hopes and dreams become a reality.  It's up to me.  If I want it, I can have it.  And I AM going to have it.  Beleive me.  I will.

Some of the traumas in my life kept me in a victim mode while others I survived.  I've gone through rape, being stalked, lived in two abusive marriages and then divorced, my daughter was molested by her father (my first husband) which was investigated and founded, car accident that took away my very own soul and left me a ghost...just existing and observing and being taunted by the belief that  I could not participate in life.

My spirtual relationship with God has brought me through so much and has helped me to heal and let go.

Tools To Life helped we to regain control of what I felt had been snatched away.  I have finally learned why I emotionaly ate and I am not afraid to experience the emotions that are uncomfortable. 

Although I still struggle daily to make good decisions and the challenges are ever present, I have found the balance in my life that was always missing.

I am an published writer, singer, songwriter, and Inspirational speaker.  I volunteer in women's shelters speaking about becoming a survivor and a conquerer.  I am a guest in secular places as well as churches and small groups or large groups encouraging growth and understanding of self development. 

My husband I are set for retirement.

We have visited Europe and the biggest wonders of the earth.

We have beautiful grandchildren who love to visit their Nana and Pop-pop.  We teach them the values of life we have learned and we inspire them in a positive manner.
