"We shall overcome!"

Oh my gosh!  I am so excited about the new me I can't hardly stand myself!  My husband couldn't get away from it.  He just laughed at me because I kept interupting his reading wiht a child like energy and awareness of the new behaviors.  It's like when you weigh in one mornig and realize that you lost beyond the weight goal you were trying for.  It's amazing and feels so dog gone good.

I have realized that I am not an emotional eater anymore.  I have replaced that with walking or reading a book. I don't even have to challenge myself about it because it just simply doesn't exist anymore.  Ohhhhh yes!!

I am finding that I push through my daily physical pain by listening to my inner voice.  I don't struggle with dragging myself off of the couch or turning off the television.  The sound of the tv isn't used to occupy myself anymore.  I share a good comedy with my husband, but I don't consume myself with it anymore.  It's just not an issue.

Oh, God, I am so thankful for these shifts of behaviors.  Thank you, God for leading me to this wonderful life changing site.

    I am overcoming!!
