Still in day one

I can't belive it i'm still on day one. Today was my 5th try to get out of day one, with no avale I still there!!!! Wow is this like everything else in my life so close yet so far away? Only bad thing is there is no tech support in life. My friend (ex-wife/girlfriend. Dont know how I did not see this going wrong) have not talked since march. Our daily conversation consist of less then 20 words all day. She is not having any luck in the dating department, while I think I hit the jackpot. I have meet someone who makes me laugh, someone who I enjoy being around. With her I get butterflies in me, she makes me feels like this is a jr high crush. Now I am just waiting for the other shoe to drop, or is it? Am I going to screw this up because I expect it to go wrong? Only if life had tech support.

What if it does?

Hi Guy, I don't know if this will be any reassurance for you so take it or leave it.  I once thought like you that if the going is good, well something is going to fall out of the sky and crush me flat.  Now I don't really waste time on that because....eventually something will ,in one way or another, hit me negatively...but then something fantastically mindbogglingly great is going to come by and put me back together.  I get great comfort from two quotes which are both true:  "It's always darkest before the dawn" and "There's a calm before the storm".  That's life...instead of wasting energy fighting the waves put the effort into allowing yourself to enjoy the scenery while you sail along...if you are relaxed your fellow shipmate will be more trusting towards the destination you hope to head towards.  Bon voyage!

Day 2

Hope and day two are just going to show up!

You can do it, keep going! You can do it, keep going!
