Hi to all - excuse me if I get stuff wrong!  I'm new!

 

I guess I should share why I want to follow Tools to Life.

 

I've really felt at a loss recently - going no where with my work, not losing weight, friendships coming to an end, but the truth is (and deep down I KNOW it's true) that:

 

my work is changing and the cheque I just received proves that I am progressing

 

I've maintained weight, so at least I haven't gained any

 

my friendships are changing and I need to accept change

 

I question myself constantly and feel nothing is secure.

 

These are things I need to deal with - now, before they affect my life further.

 

I've chosen to put a graduation photo on my profile to remind me of my acheivements over the past few years.

It sounds like you have done a bit of soul searching to get here, and can I just say, that you have come to the right place!  I can just about guarantee that you will notice the changes within the week and you will be starting to change into the person you yearn to be.
