Can't believe it

Once I began to see the new year in I realised how unreasonably I had reacted to stress toward the end of the year.

It really upset me - 93 days in program but only completed 9.  That's awful.

Every year starts with enthusiasm, but it slowly wears, this year must be different because I don't know how long I can go on feeling this way, experiencing the same cycle, over and over.

I WILL come onto tools at least 5 days a week, but will aim for every day.

I WILL blog at least 3 days a week, but will aim for 5.

I WILL keep focused by documenting achievements and taking special note of challenges.

And it doesn't start tomorrow, it starts now.

A very happy new year to all

x

Happy New Year

A new year is a nice starting point, but what I am learning is that each day can also be a starting point--and one can even start over at 3 o'clock in the afternoon!  Don't stop--you can do it!!!!
