I keep proceeding a week so not marking them off.  If you know how to fix I would appreciate your assistance.

says: It is hard to stay focused on day to day things and although some things (such as on total body makeover) sound much I feel I have 2 modify a bit since I know there are things I have tried and don't like. Everything is modification. Glad you are part of my circle of friends on tools and I will be here when u need me!

Hi Angie,

At the end of each week, you click "Check your goals" and then click "Goals History".  There is a red exclamation mark to the left of each day's goal.  When you have completed that goal then click the exclamation mark and it will change to a check mark and appear as a map of checkmarks over the 90 day program.  Caution: Click "Add Goal" ONLY after you have entered goals for all days, then click "Proceed to next week".

I think the idea is extra effort means that we will complete these to do lists and see achievements...like a reward for completion.

Let me know
