Tools to Optimal Health Day 1

I started my first program through tools to life today. I must say I was quite surprised with myself. Just knowing I had to come home and do my day in the toolbox motivated me to go to the gym before I even got to the computer. Assessing where I am physically and in my mind was probably the hardest thing today. I am not confident in myself and it shows. I am happy this program helped me to see this and will push me forward as the days continue.

Looking forward to tomorrow...

Keep Going!

Good to hear! If you stick it out, the program will make you feel so much better.

Incidentally, April 18 is a good day to be born. I should know!

Take Care!
