says: I don't know when the Tools Program will start but I would like to encourage you to learn to quit and be a nonsmoker. I quit 15 years ago with the help of nicotine gum and a positive, supportive friendship. He pushed me to follow through with my desire to quit. I have never looked back, can't stand the smell of smoke and dirty ash trays, and am so much healthier. Good luck on this important endeavor, take it one day at a time, and remember to be positive and use positive self talk. It ain't easy overcoming the addiction but the rewards are outstanding.
