I did 27 minutes walking and 3 minutes jogging

 

I have made a fitness goal - just what I needed to learn to love exercise. Today I jogged for the longest time I have since I was 22 yo.

 

I'm going to increase my walking/jogging increments by 10% until I can jog for 30 minutes.

 

Today I did 27 minutes walking and 3 minutes jogging - and this is the most shocking part of all - I actually enjoyed it. Surprised
