I did 24 minutes walking and 6 minutes jogging

 

I feel great...I got up this morning and thought - wow, I want to go to the gym and work on my walking/running ratio. Finding a fitness goal has been really inspirational for me.

 

Today I did 6 minutes running and 24 minutes walking, an improvement of 2 minutes. To be honest I could have pushed myself and run for more time, but I am reading online that many beginner joggers push themselves past the point they should and end up with injuries - not fun.

 

Since one of the TTL goals I should be aiming for is patience, I'll work on slowly increasing my increments.

 

The best thing about this exercise is the benefits it is having on my stress levels. I generally carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders but after i do this exercise it is gone. And I do feel like I am improving fitness-wise - when i first started running on the teardmill I felt like I was going to die. This morning I don't feel wiped out at all - I actually feel like I have more energy.
