I too joined because of an Ellis episode in which he had Coach Steele on. It was a rerun and it was on just over a week ago but it got my ass on this site.
I'm glad you're here.
Now granted I've only successfully completed day #7, but I'm telling you, get on here everyday. Don't miss a day and you won't be disapointed.
It really makes a difference so just log on everyday and follow through with everything you are asked to do. You won't be disappointed. Have faith in it!

I am currently on Day 3 and got on here since my life has been stagnant. Hearing Ellis talk about this on his show and telling people to give it shot is definitely the motivation I needed to get here. I hope this program works out well for you. I know I'm going to give it my all.
