Too many to mention! Lately The Stones, The Beatles, Jon Anderson, Duke Ellington, My Chemical Romance, John Paul Jones, Neil Young, Gluecifer, Julee Cruise, Donovan, The Moody Blues, Beastie Boys, Elvis, Jane's Addiction, Timo Maas, King's X, Nebula... I could go on all day!
Books:
Again, I could go on all day. Big fan of Robert Anton Wilson, Philip K. Dick, H.P. Lovecraft. Read a lot of Tolkien back in the day. "Watership Down" was a fave. Joseph Campbell. Reading some stuff about NLP right now. Plus Keith Richards' "Life" and a bunch of tech manuals. Always with the tech manuals!
Favorite Places:
Nob Hill neighborhood. The mountains and bike trails. Various beaches we've visited on vacation. And home, sweet home, too: Right here!
I Want To See:
The world! Especially Europe, because I love history. I want to see animals on safari in Kenya. I want to visit Eihei-ji temple in Japan. And pretty much everywhere else, too!

You know how you think certain movies are your favorites, and then you go back and watch them and it turns out you don't like them quite so much anymore? That keeps happening to me. I'll have to really think about this one and get back to you. Star Wars pretty much ruled my childhood. The first trilogy, of course. I just dated myself, didn't I?
