This week I took the blood test basically failed it
and have new meds to add to my daily routine.
chol. is up a bit they were going to put me on that any way to protect my heart;
and a diff. med. to protect my kidneys,
thyroid needed hope to see improvement in my energy by the end of the week.
I can walk 45 min. a day now that's 3 mi. for me. I was doing it any way and have been breaking that up in to two segments after breakfast and after dinner seems to work best for me.
No blood sugar crashes last week that was until yesterday then I had two!
I'm up a few pounds and am getting comments that I look better so that's good.
After having death knocking at the door I have a greater appreciation for life now!
