Reboot :)

 

So I feel a lot better today.  Funny, my body picked up right where I had left off with Tools, 6 months ago! 

 

My partner and I are seeing a counsellor (SP) which is tough for me, but the 'paying attention to relationships' aspect of being true to Tools for my life and what's important to me.  I think it's helping her too...the counsellor is getting us to talk about some deep rooted things in our past, really hard to get through, but I really want to remodel myself into a better person and partner.  And I think it's working!

 

I'm also retaking inventory of my life and what I have instead of complaining of what I dont have.  Seems to be working too!

 

Anyway, I feel like all I needed was a refresh and I'm back on my way!  Thanks for reading Smile
