ALS Walk

 Walking has become very enjoyable to me. I reflect on the day and it's just great to listen and smell mother nature. Today I Walked in the ALS walk in Cobourg Ontario. It was a 5km walk and I did it in 38min42sec. average speed 7.2km/hr. This is the second 5km walk Ive done and both times are only seconds apart. My weight lost goal/result is on track. Thanks Coach/Coaches for helping me see what is really inside me.
