I cannot even begin to describe how good I am feeling and how in control of my life I feel. I have always known that I am responsible for my decisions or my avoidance of making decisions but motivation at times eluded me. I feel very much on track right now and ready to succeed at anything I wish.
I high recommend the book "The Brain Diet" by Alan C. Logan. This is an exception book about how nutrition impacts our moods, behaviors and life in general. I have implemented the nutritional suggestions and combined with this program I am making significant progress and gains in so many aspects of my life.
I started this program 10 days ago, before that I spent 5 weeks not leaving my house for anything but work. Now I am looking for ways to get out in the world and interact and meet new people.
