The last 10 years have been filled with the greatest blessings one could imagine.  It began with finding my wife Debi !  Together we share 4 children - ages 15 (going 30!) to 26.  There are 4 dogs and 4 cats in the mix as well (something about "4")

 

I've been sober since 1990, and done more counselling and self help "stuff" than you can imagine.  I'm great at doing other people's "inventory" and getting them the help they need, but do not focus on my needs - the need for improvement !

 

It's time to start 'walking the walk" again and take ownership in my attitude and my life's direction.
