I am 23 years old. I am a full time college student in a state I am fairly new to. I am a fitness minded person, and naturally intelligent. Sometimes I feel that I am lacking in focus, however. I have trust issues with women from various experiences. I live with an undying fear that I will be insignificant, and that I will not leave my mark on the world. Overall I would say I have an optimistic point of view, with a good bit of skepticism about human nature and a very cut and dry sense of reality.

I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. I grew up in a middle class family. This does not, however, mean my childhood was easy. My parents split up when I was 1, and my father committed suicide when I was 10. My mom remarried and had another son with her new husband. The family was forever split into two unequal social statuses, and resentment of each other followed. My mother was psychologically unstable, manipulative, and abusive. I was violently opposed to being treated as less than equal. After high school, I enlisted in the Marines top get out of my family situation and see the world. After 2 back to back deployments and a  trip around the world, I got out of the military to attend college. I moved to Kentucky with a girlfriend I met while in the service, and live wih her now. We are going our seperate ways in December after the school semester is over, and I will be moving back to my hometown.

I see myself  first and foremost gettign a college degree. Going back to school has been a rude awakening for me, but I will finish this in a timely manner if it kills me. I want to get a bachelor's degree, and maybe move on to grad school. My desire is to be employed in the intelligence community. I want to make enough money not to want for things, but I do not wish to become rich and famous. I want a family, with children.
