another week of goal tracker

 did well this week in terms of actually going. went to both boxing classes, and to the gym once. could have gone one more day but didn't happen. boxign on friday was rough, didn't perform well. My target for this week is 2 weight days, and two boxing days. My foot is still in rough shape so »

4 weeks

 4 weeks now. Close call last few days. Totally didn't care about any of this....felt like i was slipping badly but the introduction to goals is exactly what i needed. I've been taking on way too much, and this helped me to narrow thing down a bit and get back on track. »

3 weeks!

 3 weeks completed now andI'm really looking forward to the next few weekse... with a bit of impatience actually. I've really noticed a change in my thoughts, and perspective....and only after 3 weeks. The potential of Tools over the long term has got me pretty pumped. »
