Waking up on time

I used to have my alarm clock set 15 min fast and would set the alarm 45 min before I needed to be up. I would hit the snooze button 5 to 8 times, usually over slet and always felt rushed to get out the door. I never felt fully rested no matter what time I went to sleep.

Now my clock is set to the correct time, the alarm is set to the exact time I need to get up and I jump out of bed, clap my hands, say "I'm having a great day." After one week I have noticed a huge difference. It can be done.

You did it! You did it!

I am taking your examples... Hubby needs to get up early and snoozes so many times, I do not even hear if it is my alarm clock. This has to change!
