Beknec's Life List:
I was 8 I dreamed of going to Sweden. On 13/3/1980 I arrived in Stockholm, not for a moment thinking about the fact that I was on the other side of the world, all by myself. I had the best 7 weeks of my life and can still feel the coldness of snow falling on my tongue for the first time. It was really awesome to hold a snowflake on my finger and see the complexities of shape and colour - perhaps this is where I first got the idea to draw Celtic knots?

Raw food - anyone else up for the challenge?

Thanks to Puja, and to me for going onto Dr Carlos' Optimal Health Program I have realised that it is time to concentrate once more on eating to improve my health.

I'm ready to sign up for the challenge of eating raw food for one day, four times in the next 30 days.  Having been there before, I know the rewards that it will bring in increased metabolism, extra energy, feeling lighter and healthier, glowing skin, improved sex life, etc....

I'm feeling excited about taking control of my eating habits once again, and although I know myself well enough to know I won't be able to keep it up forever, I do know that each time I do it I make another breakthrough and can keep up the good work for longer.
