 Maybe a hunting/ fishing guide.

 Strong, cautious, efficient, extremely smart.

 Great personality, friendly, protective, loyal.

 A rib eyr with some king crab legs.
Why:
 Just my current favorite.

 Nikola Tesla, Patrick O'Brien, Horatio Nelson, Dwight Eisenhower, Winston Churchill.
Why:
 Tesla invented the modern age, O'Brien wrote the greatest series of novels I have ever read. Nelson, I would like to see what he was really like, Eisenhower, to see what his views on the world today is like. Same with Churchill, there would be amazing conversation.
If a pilot would fly you anywhere you want, you would go to:
 To a lake in the mountains no one can get to but by plane, then spend a few weeks living in isolation, enjoying nature.
