I have this issue, I always want to be right and never looked at it another way.  I need to listen to this podcast several times.

Yea, I did it!

 

So she talked about how it was a long journey for  her but that she did it and that it made a huge difference for her.  So I decided that instead of judging myself that I would do it to, and I am.  Thanks Lovesunshine for the help.  That is what we do here that I have not seen anywhere, we can all help each other and inspire each other, wow!  This is really great, I appreciate being able to be here and all of you who are here with me.
