My first blog

I showed up to support a friend today in court. His charges were pretty hard for me to digest morally. I sat in court feeling my hands starting to sweat. I think I was feeling a little guilty myself even though I live a clean life and have no real reasons to feel that way. I have been in the system my whole adult life up until two years ago when I stopped drinking and decided to pay my bills and join in on the rest of humanity. I do these 12 step meetings and we hold hands at the end of the meetings. I get myself all worked up over how sweaty my hands are and of course my palms sweat worse the more I think about it! Well this is my first blog and of course I am nervous and the keyboard is nice and wet. I used to have a friend that would say, "You can stack up a whole bunch of 'ATTA-BOYS' but one 'OH SHIT' wipes them all out.
