Hey all!

 

I fell into one of the "traps" and got stuck at day 45.  After reverting back to some behaviors that I didn't agree with I decided to re-set my toolbox and go back to day 1.  For anyone new, this program is great...take it and use it on a regular and consistent basis and as long as you are true to yourself it will work wonderfully.

I am on day 35 but spent about 5 weeks off of tools and found that I too was backsliding into old habits. I am definitely ready to reset it.
