Blog - blaahhhhg

I'm posting to my blog. Did some career focus tests, I still have no career goals or aspirations. There's nothing I want to do except stay the f*ck away from everyone. No one's gonna pay me to do that.

Oh yea, after the career focus things, I think I'll do some crossword puzzles and play some solitaire. Same basic results. ZILCH

Some goals...

will come with time. Just stick with this program! And hey! You are blogging where a community of supporters can listen and after awhile, you will like coming here and won't want to stay the F away (from us anyway)! :-)

After reading your profile... I see you are in quite the negative frame of mind... I'm thinking you came here for a reason though... you can change and get a zest for life again!

Welcome and I hope you give this place a real chance!

Thank you...

...For your cheers and positive comments. I came here at the suggestion of a counselor. Right now I'm doing this because I'm being told to do this. My head is full of bad wiring largely due to my best thinking. My best thinking is getting me nowhere. I'm having difficulty just getting my head wrapped around the concepts of day one. Clap your hands and say, "I'm having a great day". Tomorrow I can clap my hands and say, "Whoopee, I'm a squid!" I feel like I have zero reasons to trust what comes out of my head or what I tell myself. So telling myself it's a great day doesn't make it so, in my eyes. This is an almost un-do-able step for me. Believing my own thoughts has gotten me to where I am today, unemployable and broke.

Don't give up!!!

You CAN change the way you think and change your life!!! So many stories here that prove it works! Just do it and see the results! You can't say that it's not worth a try. It sounds like anything would be better than what you are feeling now! Take control of your thoughts and your life!!!
