I would start off doing what he says but if you think its too much, just take in what he says and make the meanings of everything he says a part of your life without nessicarily doing all the activities. they do all make sense and will help, but were busy people...

 They're majestically beautiful. They can be alone, but they work best as a unit. Wolves do everything together

 I love Labradors of any kind, but all dogs are gorgeous animals

 My papa, for my Grandma. So she can see him one more time and I can see them together. But also for my mom and my dad, they'd love to see him again. Aunt Marg for me and my dad and my mom. She raised my dad and I've heard so many stories about her that I want to meet her.
