I started my first exercise today.  Since I'm only 16 and on summer vacation, I don't know how applicable it is to me anyway. I wake up at 5:50 when my dad gets up for work.  I didn't do the whole splash my face with water thing, but I did do just about everything else.

I really appreciate what tools to life offers me, and my only expense: time and effort.  What better activity can time and energy be spent on than bettering my life? I've enjoyed the program thus far and am excited about continuing it.

being here doing good stuff

Way to go! Way to go!

yah...free...makes life better...funny...lots of support...whad a deal.

Why don't you do the whole splash your face thing? Try it sometime. I tried it and I was surprised how great it feels.
WELCOME to TOOLS.

U R Gonna Luv It!

Here's another Welcome!

As above : do the splash.

At first things in here may feel silly. You may feel self-conscious doing them.

Do 'em anyway. Go ahead ... feel a little silly. That will soon pass.

Tools isn't "age specific". 16 or 116 ... doesn't matter. You're gonna learn some stuff in here that will serve you well your entire life. I only wish I'd had access to something like this when I was 16 ... but they'd just invented water ... the Internet was a long way off ... LOL.

Make a committment to do it every day like clockwork for 30 days. If you do that ... and do all of the crazy stuff you're told ... within two weeks you'll never want to stop.

Welcome once again! Have fun!

Welcome to the rest of your life

Some people underextimate 16 year olds. I do not.

There will be a lot of things going on in Tools. Some of them will apply. Some won't. Try to try out all of them.

I'm not going to insist that you do the splash your face bit, but DO tell yourself that you are having a Great Day, because that bit is very important.

Welcome...

I hear you I hear you
