its been a few days....

 

i took in a baby black kitten female a few days ago(maybe almost a week by now) and i've been concentrating on giving lots of attention to all other animals so they dont gang up on her for me giving her special attention, but for all to get along. i've already had a 8-9 yr old malmute husky and german shepard mix dog, and a 13yr old black and white kitty. anyways, i've been telling myself the past few days i'd go to the gym and i havent,....ya know its pretty sad i have no valid excuse for not going; its already paid for and now i go back to work in almost a week after not working completely for the past month.so that'll be VERY WELL NEEDED but different from my laziness lately. i do clean a lot and been walking tazz a long way through the bike tracks, but yes..

 

 

again another week went by not even glancing at my checklist or waking up "the right way" but at the same time i tell myself how IMPORTANT it is to work the toolbox, i feel content with whats going on; i went to a couple friend's house a few nights ago and met a new friend who has been AMAZING...almost feels that even the so called "friends" i've made for the past 2-3 years that are still around dont compare to the short friendship i've been starting with this other person. anyhow, that is absoluteley no excuse and i understand no one will EVER be able to do for me what tools can....here's to another night feeling full of life and hope, here's to cheering to another morning i hope and pray my first thoughts will be "im having a great day" and do ALL of my checklist i have printed out train the brain to read and let sink in the brain each and every day up to day 5................

Beyond thoughts

Girl, You jump out of that bed and verily SHOUT " I AM HAVING A GREAT DAY!" right after a loud clap of your hands. If it sound a little weak... do it again. It feels retarded at first, after awhile you will do it and smile, then smile as you do it!

 

Love kittens YES! And your new amazing friend... that amazing feeling comes from you not your friend honestly, the friend helps you to feel this it still comes from you though!!

 

GET TO WORK, oh and go to work as well LOL

It DOES feel retarded to jump out of bed, clapping your hands and shouting ... Im having a great day!!!!

 

but it works soooooooo well!!!!!

 

I especially love what comes a little further  down the road.... 

 

I used to look myself in the eye in the mirror and say... Today.... this day... is MINE!!!!

 

GOOD GIRL... UP TO DAY5.  It looks like you are reworking the first 6 day pretty good and starting to get the hang of this!!!  Good for you!  There are bumps along the way but working that checklist and continuing to work the toolbox is going to help propel you over those bumps when they come.  Dont get discouraged... get encouraged and determined....
