says: I don't have much of an answer because I have the same problem! I will say I made a great chili that worked with the plan: kidney beans, onions, garlic, corn, chili powder, onion/garlic powder, a small pinch of splenda (I’ve always used brown sugar until now). I even threw in some roast veggies (carrots & celery). Even my husband liked it, though he liked it better with shredded chicken in it.
Good luck, oh and you might try lemon chicken, I’m working on it. J
