My first day

I'm feeling like a trapped animal in a jail. I know what I want but I can't get it. Crying a little here and there and all i want to do is sleep. I just don't think it's going to get better. I feel like a piece of my heart is missing.

You want everything at once...

But the secret is to work towards the things that will complete you every day. Take a breath, take a moment give it to yourself. Things will change before you know it. Welcome to Tools!

Mike

How you feel is how you feel

It is real and allow yourself room. Even though, keep working towards gaining back control. Do the program day by day and you will work through it.

on your side...

Devlyn

I felt that way...

When my husband died, I lost my heart.  it shattered into a million tiny pieces.  It took me along time to find tthe toolsto life program but when i did... I started putting the heart back together again.  Piece by piece.  I may not have found all of the p ieces yet, but with the glue that came from the ttl website and the new friends and support I received from here, Its starting to look like a heart again!

Youll be ok.  take it a day at a time and work thru this site.

We are all here for you!
