Tell her your not that guy.
But every couple needs their own time as individuals too. Its ok to go out, have fun seperately and still be that faithful person. And you should discuss the situation and reaffirm your level of trust together. What you should not do is give in, not go out with friends-once in a while- because that will create frustration and resentment down the road. And Im sure the language barrier makes already difficult things a bit more challenging. Take a Spanish class ;)

Ahh, this is always fun when your partner feels that way. Just let know that you truly care and make her feel like she is the only one in the world....One year is already a long time so you would think that there would be a lot of trust there already.
Just focus on enjoying your time together and yeah maybe a spanish class would help.
