Man, this Tools program keepse getting harder and harder. Started off easy. I hit a few rough patches. It helps keep me motivated and got me off my ass to get counseling for my anger issues. Also some of the techniques I've learned from Tools and anger mgt class has already helped me from blowing up a few times. My attititude is my decision. I'll say that over and over in my head and maybe grab a handful of ice and let it melt in my hand until I'm calm. Workin so far.
