Power of positive accumulation

On Saturday, I accomplished several goals.  Mostly, because of the last 6 weeks, of each day, doing a small thing.  What I did, was my wife and I went on a 45 minute hike, up and down a large hill, down to a lake and spent the day fishing, then we turned around and did the 45 minute walk back up.  Every week, we would go to the gym 4-5 times, ate healthy, got our fishing licenses, organized all of our gear, did all the household chores on a daily basis, so that we had a free Saturday, with nothing to do, we were in good enough shape to do the hike with our gear on our back.  Only caught one fish, but we had one of the best days we ever had.  when we got back, it was easy to put everything away, because most of it was organized already.  The power of positive accumulation is great.  2-10 minutes a day, can help lead to one of the best days in your life.
